Colleagues Mourn Loss Of NJ Bankruptcy Judge Morris Stern

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 9:01 PM EST) -- U.S. District Court Judge Morris Stern, a 12-year veteran of the bankruptcy court in Newark, N.J., died last week at 72 following a battle with cancer and was remembered Friday as a judge whose legal keenness was only matched by his scruples.
