Madoff Defendants Ask To Consolidate On Common Issues

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 3:49 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday heard bids to consolidate arguments and briefing from defendants the Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC liquidating trustee has accused of improperly receiving funds through Madoff’s Ponzi scheme, but appeared reluctant to grant the request.
