Wash. Health Dept. Sued For Hospital-Merger Rule Change

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 5:27 PM EST) -- The Washington State Hospital Association took a stand against a rule the state Department of Health amended to require a review of any change in ownership or affiliation between public hospitals, contending in a complaint filed in state court Thursday that the amendment is “arbitrary and capricious.”
