Calif. Court Rips Document 'Deluge,' Revives Age Bias Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2014, 6:16 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Friday revived a former El Camino Hospital worker's age discrimination suit against the hospital, finding that "a deluge" of statements, counterstatements and objections during the summary judgment proceedings had obscured the merits of the case.
