Google Rivals Must Win Over EU Antitrust Chief To Sway Deal

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 5:45 PM EST) -- The European Commission will pursue further changes to Google Inc.'s proposed search bias settlement if the company's rivals can persuade antitrust chief Joaquin Almunia that the offer truly comes up short, the commissioner told a French television station Monday.
