Cameron Fights To Keep $50M Deepwater Coverage Suit Afloat

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 1:53 PM EST) -- Blowout preventer manufacturer Cameron International Corp. urged a Louisiana federal judge on Friday to keep alive its $50 million battle with Liberty Insurance Underwriters Inc. over Deepwater Horizon settlement coverage, arguing that the insurer is violating the policy agreement by withholding payment.
