Newegg Blasts $2.3M Verdict In TQP Data Patent Fight

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 2:56 PM EST) -- Online computer retailer Newegg Inc. asked a Texas federal judge Monday to undo a $2.3 million jury verdict against the company in a data encryption patent suit brought by TQP Development LLC, arguing that TQP presented a faulty legal case to the jury on infringement and validity issues.
