Donziger Can't Stay Chevron Suit Pending 2nd Circ. Ruling

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 7:16 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday denied attorney Steven Donziger's attempt to delay Chevron Corp.'s litigation accusing him and others of engineering a $9.5 billion Ecuadorean pollution judgment against the oil giant, finding the suit can move forward before the Second Circuit resolves a key issue.
