MoFo Welcomes Back Litigation Pro From White House

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 3:02 PM EST) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has rehired its former head of litigation as a partner in Washington, D.C., and Denver after he was appointed by President Barack Obama to be the chief of staff of an international development agency, the firm said Thursday.
