ITC Challenged Over Refusal To Enact Chinese Wood Duties

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 9:14 PM EST) -- A suit filed Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade by U.S. producers of hardwood and decorative plywood alleged that a recent U.S. International Trade Commission decision preventing tariffs from being imposed on wood imports from China ignored key evidence and should be reconsidered.
