3rd Circ. Says ArcelorMittal's Coverage Claim Not Barred

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 8:22 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit remanded on Tuesday most of a district court's judgment in a dispute between steel production facility operator ArcelorMittal Plate LLC and its insurers over coverage for a personal injury suit brought by an employee.

Circuit Judge Thomas I. Vanaskie, writing for the panel in a nonprecedential decision, held that an employee exception in the insurance policy did not bar ArcelorMittal’s claim for coverage and remanded other breach of contract claims.
