Sister Sledge Settles Trademark Row With Former Member

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 11:41 AM EST) -- Members of the soul group Sister Sledge on Tuesday reached an agreement to settle a suit accusing former member Kathy Sledge Lightfoot of misusing the band's name as a means of furthering her own solo career, leading an Arizona federal judge to dismiss the case.
