Court Refuses To Boot Counsel In CareCore Suit

Law360, New York (March 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has shot down a bid by a group of nonparty radiologists to disqualify the plaintiffs' counsel in a lawsuit that accuses several New York medical imaging facilities of conspiring to keep a stranglehold on competition for their services.
