Peugeot Looks To Raise €3B With Help From Dongfeng, France

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 3:23 PM EST) -- PSA Peugeot Citroen hopes to raise €3 billion ($4.1 billion) on the capital markets, including about €1.6 billion from China's Dongfeng Group and the French government, the struggling automaker said Wednesday.

France and Dongfeng would each get 14 percent of the company for €800 million, while the Peugeot family's stake would reduce from 25 to 14 percent, ending their favorable position relative to other stakeholders.
