Speech-Impaired BP Worker's Bias Claim Advances

Law360, New York (March 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a blow to BP Amoco Chemical Co., a federal judge has ruled that the BP Plc subsidiary must face wrongful termination claims by a former employee who alleges he was harassed and ultimately fired because he has a speech impediment.
