FDA, Consumer Groups Settle FSMA Rollout Spat

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 9:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has reached a settlement in its dispute with consumer groups seeking to hold the agency to deadlines to propose and finalize food safety overhaul rules in accordance with the Food Safety Modernization Act, according to a Ninth Circuit court filing Tuesday.
