Jaffe & Asher Employee's Sexual Harassment Claims Advance

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 2:40 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday nudged along a Jaffe & Asher LLP worker's discrimination suit against the firm, cautioning attorneys to expeditiously resolve any discovery disputes surrounding the alleged domestic violence and sexual harassment incidents central to the case.
