NJ Justices To Weigh Insurance Arbitration Remand Powers

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 5:43 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court is poised to consider whether a trial court that rejects or modifies a dispute resolution professional's decision over personal injury protection benefits can return unresolved factual questions back to that arbitration forum, according to an order released Wednesday.
