USPS Fights Netflix Price Discrimination Fix At DC Circ.

Law360, Washington (February 19, 2014, 6:24 PM EST) -- A U.S. Postal Regulatory Commission rate change designed to eliminate differential treatment between Netflix Inc. and Gamefly has unfairly caused the U.S. government to reduce prices for costly mail services, the U.S. Postal Service told the D.C. Circuit on Wednesday.
