NJ High Court Will Hear Coverage Row In Sex Assault Case

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 2:17 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court will consider a ruling that Trenton's board of education has no obligation to indemnify an indicted elementary school security guard in a student's civil suit alleging inappropriate sexual conduct, according to an order released Wednesday.
