Rothstein Associate Expected To Plead Guilty

Law360, Miami (February 19, 2014, 5:40 PM EST) -- A former associate of Scott Rothstein accused of helping the Ponzi schemer run his $1.2 billion fraud is set to enter a guilty plea Thursday and avoid a trial scheduled for Monday, just over a week after a jury found another lawyer connected with the scheme guilty.
