Ga. High Court Holds Fire On $3M Glock Theft Case

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 6:48 PM EST) -- The Georgia Supreme Court on Tuesday both reversed and affirmed in part a decision that would see three former attorneys for firearms manufacturer Glock Inc. held responsible for stealing $3 million of the company's assets and violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
