Controllers Sue To End Stalemate On Jurisdiction

Law360 (March 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The union representing federal air traffic controllers filed suit on Friday against several government agencies, asking a court to confirm that the Federal Services Impasses Panel has jurisdiction over collective bargaining cases involving the Federal Aviation Administration.
