A look at the caseload of London's Commercial Court shows the variety of nationalities involved. This includes Russian and Eastern European oligarchs, Saudi princes and the Berlin underground. In the Commercial Court, in cases that reached judgment from March 2008 to March 2013, 62 percent of litigants were from outside the U.K.
