Nightclub Insurer's Founder Wants Role In Liquidation

Law360, Wilmington (February 20, 2014, 10:01 PM EST) -- A company owned by the founder of nightclub insurer Indemnity Insurance Corp. RRG tried Thursday to convince the Delaware Chancery Court that it should be allowed to intervene in IIC's liquidation proceedings, arguing that it has an interest in the case as a 99 percent equity owner of the insurer.
