Law360, Houston (February 20, 2014, 4:49 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday rejected a Houston attorney’s bid to revive his suit against Locker & Lee PC for a cut of a personal injury recovery, saying a joint venture agreement he signed did not entitle him to any portion of the settlement.
