Ex-Philly Housing Chief Wants Defamation Suit Kept Alive

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 6:17 PM EST) -- Philadelphia's former housing director told a Pennsylvania state court on Tuesday that the city’s two daily newspapers should not escape a trial in his defamation suit against them, arguing that too many disputed facts remained in the case.
