DOL Urged To Delay Final Persuader Activity Rule

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 7:06 PM EST) -- A slew of business groups on Thursday urged the U.S. Department of Labor to consolidate its proposed rule narrowing the advice exemption to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act with a planned update to a disclosure form and to postpone the release of a final rule until the form is ready.
