Ala. Court Urged To Lift Gag Order In Exterminator Suits

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 8:47 PM EST) -- A plaintiffs law firm asked the Alabama Supreme Court on Tuesday to throw out a judge's orders prohibiting it from publicly referencing lawsuits against an exterminator that allegedly falsely marketed its services, arguing the orders are an unconstitutional infringement of free speech.
