Commerce Opens Duty Probe On Chinese Steel Wire Rod

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 6:58 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Friday opened investigations to determine whether Chinese imports of certain steel wire rod are benefiting from unfair government subsidies and are being sold in the U.S. at less-than-fair prices.
