State-Backed Citizens Argues Immunity From Bad Faith Claims

Law360, Miami (February 21, 2014, 5:45 PM EST) -- Citizens Property Insurance Co. has asked the Florida Supreme Court to take up its appeal in a dispute with a condominium association over a hurricane damage claim and to decide whether or not the state-backed insurer is immune from bad faith claims.
