Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 3:30 PM EST) -- A Florida real estate holding company is protesting a $1.68 million federal tax deficiency notice after claiming an Internal Revenue Service auditor ignored evidence regarding a $5.29 million promissory note it had paid in full, according to tax documents made public on Friday.
