Vivendi Must Supply Docs On Activision's $8B Buyback

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 6:59 PM EST) -- A Delaware court on Friday gave Vivendi SA a month to supply documents about the $8.2 billion sale of its majority stake in Activision Blizzard Inc. back to the game publisher, allowing discovery to move forward over allegations the deal was forced because Vivendi “desperately needed liquidity.”
