Synthes Wins Bid To Stay Clamp-Patent Feud

Law360, New York (March 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Overcoming virulent objections from competitor Stryker Corp., medical device maker Synthes Corp. has won a bid to stay a legal battle over patents for a clamp used in trauma surgery while re-examination of one of the patents is pending.
