Supreme Court Boots $25M Pilgrim's Pride Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 4:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a challenge of Pilgrim's Pride Corp.'s 2009 suspension of its Arkansas plant operations to boost poultry prices, leaving in place a Fifth Circuit decision that vacated a $25 million antitrust penalty against the chicken producer.
