Air France Breached $11M Deal For Aviation Co., Suit Says

Law360, Miami (February 24, 2014, 4:34 PM EST) -- A Miami-based company sued Air France Industrie US Inc. in Florida state court Thursday, claiming that it failed to pay the full $11 million agreed upon for its sale of an interest in an aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul services company.
