PSE&G Pleads Case For $4B Grid Upgrade To NJ Utility Board

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 7:54 PM EST) -- Public Service Electric and Gas Co. on Tuesday urged the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to approve a $3.9 billion plan to steel its electric grid against catastrophic weather events, saying its evidence will prove the project is beneficial to ratepayers.
