Qwest Network Technicians Win Class Certification

Law360, New York (March 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of current and former network technicians at Qwest Communications International Inc. has won conditional class certification for its lawsuit alleging that the company forces employees like the plaintiffs to work off the clock to meet productivity standards.

Judge Ann D.
