NJ Court Won't Hear Paul Weiss, Lowenstein Sanctions Case

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 8:25 PM EST) -- New Jersey's high court won't disturb a decision that reversed nearly $2 million in sanctions against Lowenstein Sandler PC and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP in an inheritance battle but left the door open to a new award of counsel fees and costs against them.
