Kraft Tells 4th Circ. Standing Sinks $600M Junk Email Suit

Law360, Chicago (February 25, 2014, 3:37 PM EST) -- Kraft Foods Inc. on Monday urged the Fourth Circuit to uphold the dismissal of a $600 million suit accusing the company of sending hundreds of thousands of spam emails, arguing that the plaintiff — a purported Internet service provider — does little business beyond trumping up lawsuits.
