GM Says Electronic Glitch In Pickups Doesn't Warrant Recall

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 12:32 PM EST) -- General Motors Co. has asked the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration not to require a recall of about 200,000 pickup trucks for an instrument panel lighting glitch, saying in a notice published Monday that the problem doesn't impact the vehicles' safety.
