Just Energy Demands $7M Arbitration Award From Power Co.

Law360, Houston (February 25, 2014, 5:13 PM EST) -- A subsidiary of Just Energy Group Inc. asked a Texas state court Monday to force an energy management services company to fork over a $7.1 million arbitration award stemming from a dispute over the terms of a $100 million merger deal.
