AGs Urge Federal Support For State Patent Troll Battles

Law360, Washington (February 25, 2014, 7:03 PM EST) -- A pair of state attorneys general on Tuesday urged federal lawmakers to give states the clear authority to deal with so-called patent trolls under their own consumer laws, saying proposed federal legislation would help curb troll activity but both state and federal attention is needed.
