Baker & McKenzie Steers $60M Sale Of Brady's Die-Cut Unit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 4:23 PM EST) -- Brady Corp., a manufacturer of identification products and safety systems, announced Monday that it would sell its die-cut business in Asia and Europe to California-based Boyd Corp., a manufacturer of custom sealing products, for $60 million in cash.

Under the deal, Boyd will pick up Brady’s Asia die-cut business, which manufactures and sells precision converted products such as gaskets, meshes, heat dissipation materials, antennas, dampers, filters, and similar products sold in the electronics industries.
