2 Sentenced In Sprawling Counterfeit Nike Import Scheme

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 8:04 PM EST) -- A divorced couple from China was sentenced to a year in prison for importing phony Nike sneakers as part of a massive counterfeiting ring, federal authorities announced on Tuesday, wrapping up the largest criminal prosecution ever in New York's Western District over the violation of intellectual property rights.
