Judge Tosses U.S. Wheat Farmers' Oil-For-Food Suit

Law360, New York (March 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out an antitrust class action brought by U.S. farmers alleging that Australia's wheat exporter pushed down U.S. domestic prices by paying millions of dollars in bribes to Saddam Hussein's regime under the United Nations' oil-for-food program.
