Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 3:53 PM EST) -- The top judge for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday unveiled an optional alternative track for patent infringement suits designed to expedite cases by compelling both parties to disclose licensing, sales and other information shortly after complaints are filed.
