NYC Found Fully Liable For Ferry Crash

Law360, New York (March 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has found that New York City cannot limit its liability in the deadly 2003 Staten Island Ferry crash, paving the way for remaining personal injury claims to move toward trial.
