W.Va. Plavix Ad Claims Remanded To State Court

Law360, New York (February 27, 2014, 3:29 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday granted a bid by West Virginia Attorney General Darrell V. McGraw to remand claims that Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC deceptively marketed the blood thinner Plavix to state court, saying the federal court lacked diversity jurisdiction.
