InterDigital Readies To Strike As Nokia Challenges Ruling

Law360, New York (January 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- InterDigital Communications Corp. is sharpening its knives again as it readies to fight a pending appeal by Nokia aimed at striking down a recently issued federal court ruling that directed the Finnish mobile phone maker to pay the wireless technology firm $252 million in royalties.
